Features of the Wall Mounted Solar Water Heater
1. The wall mounted solar water heater is easy for installation and maintenance due to its separated water tank and solar collector. The solar thermal collector can be mounted on balcony, exterior walls, and roof-top, etc. and the thermal insulating water tank can be mounted outdoor so as to save indoor space.

2. The water tank for the wall mounted solar water heater comes with enamel inner container and conforms to Australia AS1056 standard. Having passed 250,000 times fatigue test, the water tank has long service life. In addition, inside the water tank, there is a coil heat exchanger, which allows the solar water heater to successfully work in cold weather conditions and also significantly improves heating capacity.

3. The solar collector for the wall mounted solar water heater comes with copper absorber plates with high absorbtivity selective coating. It ensures high thermal efficiency and high heating capacity as well. Aluminum alloy frame and tempered glass cover ensure the long service life and high strength of the solar collector.

4. The wall mounted solar water heater is also designed with electric water heating system. So, the solar water heater can supply hot water in all seasons and weather conditions continuously.

How Does the Solar Water Heater Work?
A solar water heater is typically composed a water tank and a solar collector. The transparent cover for the solar collector allows solar energy to pass through and the absorber plates with selective surface absorbs the solar energy and then translates the solar energy into heat energy. Thus, the heat transfer fluid in the solar collector is heated to a higher temperature. When there is 3℃ - 5℃ temperature difference between the heat transfer fluid and the water at the bottom of the water tank, the forced circulation pump will automatically start working and pump the heat transfer fluid into coil heat exchanger in the water tank, thus heating the water in water tank. When the water at the upper part of the water tank reaches to a temperature between 50℃ and 60℃, the circulation pump stops working. This is how the solar water heater works.
