The fluid pipes for the wall mounted solar collector are made of high purity oxygen free copper and has advantages such as high corrosion resistance, high pressure bearing capacity, and long service life, etc. The absorber plates for the solar collector are welded using Germany ultrasonic welding technique, and the selective coating is coated to the plates by using magnetron sputtering technique and offers good surface adhesion, strong corrosion resistance and long service life as well as heat absorbtivity higher than 93%, and emissivity lower than 6%.

Additionally, the solar collector has a low iron tempered glass cover which has high mechanical strength and high light transmittance up to 92% or above.
All above together allow our wall mounted solar collector to have high thermal efficiency and large hot water output as well as low maintenance.
